Platinum Catering was started 18 years ago, providing food for Sports teams on their outbound flights out of YVR.  In our first year we were catering for most of the NHL.  A year later we were approached to cater for Corporate Jets, and with a few brief breaks (covid being one) we have continued to provide elegant meals for our discerning clients.  Our head chef was a commercial and corporate flight attendant for 16 years, so we have a unique insight into the needs of the flight crew to produce 5 star meals with the limited time and space available to them.  All of our food is made in house, and we use only organics where possible with a focus on quality, sustainability and locally sourced.
